Three large trees in a line..Fell in the same direction.. Why did they topple? Why those three?…. Was it a heavy wind and they were the tallest trees, smallest trees, same type of tree? Did they have the most foliage and their branches could not bear the collected snow? Are they along a hidden fracture in the bedrock or seeping stream? Were they the oldest or the youngest….
Why did they topple?
